Honestly I'd say your best bet when it comes to sizing is just to walk into the store and try stuff on. Even if you still end up ordering online

Nothing beats trying stuff on. Size charts can be unreliable, but at least rubber is stretchy enough to shoehorn into (with lube, that can be fun to slip and slide!) Like wetsuits, you want them snug, not loose.

If you go custom, follow their instructions and measure accurately, ideally multiple times with a dressmaker's tape.

Good choice on the collar too! Are you going to get a hood later?

Correct sizing is more important with heavier gauge latex, light and medium weight is more forgiving but .6mm and above you do want it to be spot on if you want to be comfortable when wearing it for long periods.

If you are ever going to wear your suit under regular clothes ( as if anyone would 😆 ) a lower collar may be better.

You will look great in it , can't wait to see photos, I can recommend Skintightrubber, I went for the lower collar so can wear it under normal clothes and go out in it (in the cooler weather).

I usually get my latex suits from https://www.rubberloft.com/ but sometimes spend more than an hour before I choose something and if there's nothing I like just go to ebay and amazon and just make a purchase. guess i more often go to amazon than to any other stores but still sometimes in small onese you can find interesting outfits..cheers

Go with black for you first rubber suit. And no front or rear zippers. It is like chasity............................................................... So you will be able to do long sessions. Also from the beauty perspective no zips looks nicer. And it will be possible to wear it in public.

There are some amazing motorcycle suits which are copies of Dainese suits that looks out of this world.

Glad that you liked it! I think it is the shoes that makes the difference. He is amazing with red shoes.

He actually made that rubbersuit himself. He made a lot of different latex suits for himself, but never for sale. You cannot buy it in a store. He had an insta or Tumblr profile, but removed it for some reason. I remember he was from a city in Belgium.

The picture posted above is quite famous, so some manufacturers made copies of the suit. But they do it with less contrast colours. The original had: Black, white, silver and red.

Here is a copy from latexcatfish:
