Have you ever warn horse riding clothes in public?

Have a good story about Lycra and/or wetsuits, then post them here!

I wear my RM Williams boots frequently as dress boots, but they're quite common and normal here in Australia, even in the city. So not just for riding horses.

One could get ornate cowboy boots at western outfitters, but I almost never see anyone wearing them. Some people think my tall harness boots are cowboy boots, and may stare, but I don't care.

If you live in a country area, you wouldn't have a problem, just like wetsuits wouldn't be a problem if you lived near the beach.

Tall boots - only my harness boots. I often tuck my jeans in. I never liked narrow equestrian boots or breeches and never tried them.

You should try a pair of riding breeches and tall boots then

Nah, too dressy for my liking and too out of place in the city. I liked harness boots for the tough biker look.
